Plans and billing
Hosting is billed in advance on monthly, 1-year or 3-year cycles. Prices shown at checkout include any launch discount; renewals bill at the then-current rate, always shown before you confirm.
30-day money-back guarantee
Cancel any new plan within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Trial accounts convert to paid plans only when you explicitly choose a plan.
Fair use
Traffic is unlimited for normal business websites. Accounts used for spam, phishing, crypto mining or unlawful content are suspended under our abuse policy, with a refund for unused time where the law requires it.
Uptime commitment
We target 99.9% network uptime, measured monthly and excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced 48 hours ahead. If we miss the target, you receive a service credit automatically.
Support and changes
24/7 human support is included on every plan. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email; continued use after that date accepts the updated terms. Questions? Reach us on the contact page.
